22 Questions with Julie Woon @ Vibrance

A few months ago, I found out that I have a mild uterus prolapse after my 2nd child. Since then, I have been starting pelvic floor therapy to treat my prolapse.

As a mom, I've come to understand the importance of Kegel exercise for women, which is often overlooked as it works muscles that are not visible on the outside, like how the biceps or abdominal muscles are. But having a strong pelvic floor is important and I urge you ladies to get yourself checked at least once (the sooner the better) to better understand your body, like i did! You have nothing to lose and all to gain.

So here, I've put together a little something to share with you my last visit to Vibrance a few weeks ago. They specialize in treating women's pelvic health challenges (that are not talked about enough and commonly misunderstood) like - incontinence (urine leakage), mommy pouch (belly fats), bulging vagina (prolapse), sexual discomfort, back pain, just to name a few.

The entire process has been enlightening as I slowly work my way towards better pelvic health 1 Kegel at a time and heal my uterus prolapse after my 2nd child birth.

If you have any of these problems or even if you just want to do a general pelvic health check up (or find out if you're doing your kegel exercise correctly) check them out @myvibrance .
